NOW HIRING: Full-Time Production Operatives Rendlesham, Suffolk. Our client is a market leader and this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with a company that puts its employees first.

Pay & Hours

• £14.51 per hour PAYE (includes 15% shift bonus)

• 4-day working week Monday to Thursday!

Rotating Weekly Shifts:

Week 1:

• MonWed: 06:0015:30

• Thurs: 06:0014:30

Week 2:

• MonWed: 11:3021:00

• Thurs: 11:3020:00

About the Role

As a Production Operative, youll play a vital role in supporting the companys manufacturing process. Full training is provided.

Initial duties include:

• Staging components onto trays

• Using sizing presses and tapping machines

• Running mould machines

• Deflashing and degating parts

Future progression may involve:

• Preparing feedstocks

• Loading/unloading ovens and furnaces

• Machine setting and process optimisation

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity

• Strong concentration and focus

• Good problem-solving and time management

• Ability to follow procedures and health & safety protocols

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Clear communication across all levels of the business
