Service Coordinator

Join our team as a Service Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the activities of Engineers within your designated zone. This position involves handling installations, services, and breakdowns efficiently to ensure optimal service delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answer telephone calls from customers and Engineers promptly and courteously.
  • Log all breakdowns, schedule bookings for Engineers, and keep all parties informed of arrangements or changes.
  • Order parts on behalf of Engineers, maintaining communication about the status of ordered parts.
  • Handle customer queries regarding the status of jobs and manage the re-booking process for follow-up Engineer visits.
  • Verify job details upon completion, liaise with Engineers about any discrepancies, and ensure that invoices are processed correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technical or fast paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
