This role is perfect for proactive individuals who excel in coordination and customer interaction.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team of nationwide mobile engineers.
  • Promptly and courteously answer telephone calls from customers and engineers.
  • Accurately log services, breakdowns, and installations on their internal system.
  • Educate customers on the services and contract options available.
  • Manage parts ordering for engineers or customers and keep them informed about the status of their orders.
  • Generate quotes to obtain authority to proceed with repairs.
  • Handle the re-booking process for follow-up engineer visits.
  • Inform customers about warranty details, charges, and payment terms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of jobs via telephone or email.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in Service Administration or Customer Services roles is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and confidently after training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
