Catering Manager
We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager, live-in or out, for an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience managing large high-volume catering/restaurant operations.

CATERING MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
- A background managing high volume catering/restaurant operations
- Strong financial acumen managing P & Ls, costs, budgets and labour
- A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
- Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills
- The ability to hire and train great people coach, lead, develop and motivate
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A strong desire to further develop your career
CATERING MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage the team
- Work closely with the head chef and other senior managers to deliver an unforgettable experience
- Control costs, budgets, labour and stock
- Ensure that the catering operation complies to all regulations and legal requirements
- Give consistently excellent customer service
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Work with company systems, procedures and policies
