Salary - £50,000 per annum 

Contract: 6-Month contract with potential to go permanant

Our client, a respected contractor within the social housing sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a key residential refurbishment scheme in Woodbridge. This represents an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership and project management capabilities to take ownership of a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.

  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

  • Maintain effective communication with the client team, providing regular progress updates and fostering collaborative relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at all stages of the project.

  • Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively, ensuring the smooth progression of works.

Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrable project management experience in residential refurbishment, ideally within the social housing sector.
