Project Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One Civil Engineering firm in delivering the on Sizewell C project - a development that will shape the future of sustainable energy in the UK.

This is your chance to be part of a high-profile project that combines innovation, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.
  • Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
  • Meeting and collaborating with, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for smooth project delivery.
  • Take ownership of all commercial and contractual matters on the project.
  • Lead and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to ensure successful delivery.
  • Play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and client relationships on a project of national importance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale projects.
  • You hold an accredited qualification with RICS, CIOB, or ICES.
  • You have proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor.
  • Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
