Business Administrator
Location: South Woodford
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank holidays (increasing with service) plus an additional day for your birthday, pension, and company social events
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in South Woodford. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of our sales and lettings functions through a blend of administrative, marketing, and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling marketing materials including brochures and digital content.
- Manage and update property listings across websites, portals, and CRM systems.
- Plan and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Prepare and process tenancy agreements, sales documentation, and client correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and buyers.
- Generate and issue invoices promptly.
- Assist with supplier and contractor payment setups.
- Maintain accurate financial records and expense tracking.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organised workspace.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting room schedules.
- Oversee general office upkeep and liaise with maintenance providers.
- Provide diary management and travel booking support to senior team members.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and reports for Directors.
Person Specification
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with property CRM systems (desirable).
