Our client is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their maintenance division in East London, focusing on refurbishment and maintenance projects.
The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying and proven experience in quantity surveying with a focus on maintenance projects.
Key areas of work include social housing projects, mechanical and electrical work, roofing, scaffolding, and various other construction tasks.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience (DOE) and comes with a package.
Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in construction software, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
