We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our independent Estate Agency client based in Woodford Green.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months + experience with a full understanding of the lettings process and be up to date with all current legislation.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Basic £20,000 DOE
  • OTE £30,000 +
  • 10% Personal Commission
  • Bonuses
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday’s 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)

Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaising between landlords and tenants
  • Providing up to date advice and information
  • Property inspections
  • Conducting viewings
  • Booking appointments
  • Negotiating lettings contracts
  • Registering applicants
  • Generating new business
  • Listing new properties
  • Building the market share
  • Be up to date with current compliance and legislation

Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator:

  • 6 months + experience in Estate Agency
  • Understanding of the lettings process
  • Be up to date with current legislation
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team, and independently
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
