We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our independent Estate Agency client based in Woodford.The ideal candidate must have 6 months + experience in Estate Agency, understands the full sales process and is looking to work themselves up.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • Basic £20,000 DOE
  • OTE £30,000
  • 10% Personal Commission

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday’s 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:

  • 6 months + previous experience in Estate Agency
  • Full understanding of the sales process
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Confident and happy with canvassing
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
