Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for machinery and problem-solving? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our clients team, delivering top-tier servicing, installation, and maintenance support across a range of industrial machinery.
About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the technical team, working on-site with clients to ensure their machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for:
- Servicing and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Installing new machinery and ensuring optimal setup
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs with minimal downtime
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients
- Completing detailed service reports and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
