Due to our clients continued success and growth, the Gi Group are seeking a Forklift / Production Operator to join their current team on an ongoing position.
OWN TRANSPORT OR ABILITY TO GET TO ELSHAM WOLD INDUSTRIAL ESTATE FOR REQUIRED SHIFTS IS ESSENTIAL (due to location not being on public transport route)
Shifts - 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday
Rates of pay : 12.71ph to start, with opportunities to increase pay with further training.
Key attributes
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and values;
* Experience within a production environment.
* Valid Counterbalance licence, with recent experience operating.
* Self-driven and wanting to progress.
* High standards of communication; written, spoken and able to follow instruction.
* Willing and able to work in fast paced environment
* Flexible and adaptable approach to the work place.
* Works well in a team.
Role Over view
* Initially the successful candidate will perform some general production duties within the site dependent on production needs, this position will not be solely on a Forklift Truck.
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality are important skills.
* Working in small teams
* Clean, warm and modern working environment.
* No raw food
