Engineering Team Leader (Day Shift)
Lincolnshire
55,000 - 58,000

Let's get straight to it.
If you like standing around waiting to be told what to do, this isn't for you.
We're after someone who can lead a shift, fix stuff before it breaks, and generally keep things ticking in a busy 24/7 production site (you'll be on the day shift, but the factory never sleeps).
You'll be the go-to person when the conveyor stops moving, when the line's down, or when someone's hit the emergency stop. That means you need to know your stuff - electrical or mechanical, we don't mind which side you lean on, as long as you're multi-skilled and actually useful when the pressure's on.
This is a senior role. Not in title only. You'll be expected to plan, lead, solve, document, mentor, improve - and yes, probably still get your hands dirty now and then.
There's a team here already. Good people. They just need someone who knows what good looks like - and can show them how to get there.
You'll need:

  • A Level 3 Engineering Qualification (mechanical or electrical)
  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • FMCG experience? Great. If not, convince us you can handle the pace.
  • A calm head, a can-do attitude, and enough backbone to lead a shift.

What's in it for you?
Decent pay (naturally), enhanced pension, life assurance, sick pay, discretionary bonus, and a great culture.
If you're fed up of doing the same thing every day and fancy stepping into a role where your decisions matter and you've got space to grow - Hit apply now.
