We're working with a well-established, values-led food business looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Brand & Digital.
This senior role will lead the brand, content and digital strategy-driving customer engagement, SEO performance, and campaign impact across all channels. You'll report into the Commercial Director and manage a growing digital team.
Key responsibilities:
Shape and implement brand strategy across customer, internal and employer-facing channels
Lead content planning and execution across website, email, social, and campaigns
Drive SEO performance and manage digital content optimisation
Partner with sales and product teams to support lead generation and product marketing
Develop and mentor the Digital Marketing team
What we're looking for:
5+ Years proven experience in digital marketing, brand and content strategy
A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of data and performance metrics
Confident leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication and project management skills
