We're working with a well-established, values-led food business looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Brand & Digital.

This senior role will lead the brand, content and digital strategy-driving customer engagement, SEO performance, and campaign impact across all channels. You'll report into the Commercial Director and manage a growing digital team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape and implement brand strategy across customer, internal and employer-facing channels

  • Lead content planning and execution across website, email, social, and campaigns

  • Drive SEO performance and manage digital content optimisation

  • Partner with sales and product teams to support lead generation and product marketing

  • Develop and mentor the Digital Marketing team

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ Years proven experience in digital marketing, brand and content strategy

  • A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of data and performance metrics

  • Confident leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
