Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain partners and on-site operatives to deliver programmes of works
- Act as the key point of contact to develop programmes and performance reporting
- Plan and programme weekly/monthly integration of works, minimising road space occupancy
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates are produced
- Ensure works are carried out to client specifications and delivered within agreed costs
- Maintain accurate records for the commercial team
- Manage Quality, Health & Safety, and environmental standards in all operations
- Review method statements and risk assessments to ensure they meet current working practices and legislation
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills to manage relationships, along with planning and organisational skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency
- Developed leadership skills
- Ability to improve safety and sustainability performance
- Experience in leading and developing individuals
- Previous Construction Management experience within the road surfacing and surface treatments industry
