About the Company:
Daniel Owen is a specialist recruitment company working within maintenance, construction, engineering, and rail industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Fire Prevention company, seeking experienced Compartmentation Surveyors to carry out surveying works in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compartmentation surveys across various building areas including:
Roof voids
Floors and walls
Basements
Fire doors
Ceiling voids, floor voids, risers, and shafts
Assess the condition and compliance of fire-resisting construction.
Ensure fire safety measures meet regulations and prevent the spread of smoke and fire in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card (Blue minimum)
Recent, relevant references
Previous experience in Compartmentation Surveying
