Description
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial reporting processes.
- Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting and consolidations.
- Experience working within the property industry or a similar field.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
