Hays Marketing are pleased to be working with a well known local construction consultancy business who work with a wide variety of clients and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in positioning the business as a market leader, generating high-quality leads, and supporting business development objectives.

The Role

  • Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with our strategic priorities.
  • Create compelling marketing propositions that differentiate us across core sectors.
  • Drive targeted brand awareness and demand generation initiatives that support lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
  • Leverage digital, content, events, sponsorships, PR, and traditional marketing channels to maximise impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Develop key messaging and positioning strategies that enhance our reputation and visibility.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across service lines and sectors.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and digital assets.
  • Manage digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including website content, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Enhance the company's social media presence, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to engage key audiences.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) approaches to support targeted client acquisition.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising campaigns to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, consultancy, or the built environment sector.
  • Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing propositions.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation tactics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience in measuring and optimising marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
