We're looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming team in a vibrant, high-quality setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, child-centred environment where no two days are the same.

You'll play a vital role in supporting each child's learning and development, working closely with a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful space where children flourish.

Description of the role:

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team.
  • Supporting children's learning journeys through exciting activities tailored to their needs.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
  • Embracing a flexible, team-player attitude - no two days are the same!

About you:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
  • A genuine love of working with children and watching them grow.
  • Confidence in being a key person, maintaining accurate development records and communicating with families.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
  • A positive, can-do approach and willingness to go the extra mile for children and colleagues.
