We're looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming team in a vibrant, high-quality setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, child-centred environment where no two days are the same.

You'll play a vital role in supporting each child's learning and development, working closely with a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful space where children flourish.

Description of the role:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and your team.
Supporting children's learning journeys through exciting activities tailored to their needs.
Following safeguarding procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Embracing a flexible, team-player attitude - no two days are the same!

About you:

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
A genuine love of working with children and watching them grow.
Confidence in being a key person, maintaining accurate development records and communicating with families.
Strong communication, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
A positive, can-do approach and willingness to go the extra mile for children and colleagues.
