We are looking for highly motivated, competitive and goal driven individuals to take on an exciting opportunity in a sales and marketing role for a fabulous holiday park on the North coast of Devon.

The Company:

Our client owns and operates resorts within the North Devon offering the best luxury catering caravans and apartment accommodation, including indoor heated pools, restaurants, gym, and spa next to the beach.

The role:

As part of the small but highly productive team, the role of Sales & Marketing Assistant will be involved in a variety of tasks which support the marketing department of the Leisure industry.

This is an office-based role offering flexibility of a working week over 4-6 days (some weekend work, school and bank holidays may be required)

The right candidate:

They seek individuals who are passionate about growing their skills and thrive in a team environment. The perfect candidate would have previous marketing and sales experience within the leisure and hotel industry, but we are open to all backgrounds! You will have a digital marketing experience and understanding of SEO with the confidence to input and develop ideas.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing content calendar to ensure you deliver the right message to the right people
• Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Facebook Page Analytics, Hotjar and SEM Rush.
• You will be planning, optimising, and reporting on paid media spend across all relevant channels; Google, Bing, Facebook, Insta, TikTok etc.
• Planning direct marketing campaigns by email and post.
• Selecting, planning, and implementing still, video and 360-tour
• You will support your colleagues in the sales team and the Sales & Marketing Director
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer communication
• Providing marketing insights to revenue management and responding to tactical needs to support holiday rental yield.
