Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Housekeeper for a role based in Woolacombe.
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional standard of accommodation to our guests. You will work as part of the team to make sure the cleanliness and presentation of accommodation and public areas achieves the highest standard.
Job Duties:
* Cleaning guest accommodation and presenting to the highest standard.
* Report any maintenance issues to your line manager.
* Comply with Health and Safety regulations including manual handling and COSHH regs.
* Support colleagues and other departments.
* Use equipment/machinery in a safe manner.
* Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken.
Person Specification:
* Keen eye for detail and be proactive.
* Willing to learn and support colleagues across all departments.
* Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within the timeframes given.
* Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner and take appropriate action with regards to their feedback.
* Takes care and pride in their work.
* Takes a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance.
* Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken.
* Comply with brand, hotel and department operating standards.
