We’re hiring for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a thriving and ambitious business in Glossop.

What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Clerk?
- Managing stock entries and updates
- Processing purchase invoices and payments
- Reconciling supplier accounts and company bank records
- Matching purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes
- Preparing payment runs and handling associated admin
- Generating financial data for monthly accounts
- Supporting with regular stock and bank reconciliations
What do you need?
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software
- AAT qualification (desirable)
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
