We’re hiring for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a thriving and ambitious business in Glossop.

What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Clerk?

  • Managing stock entries and updates
  • Processing purchase invoices and payments
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and company bank records
  • Matching purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes
  • Preparing payment runs and handling associated admin
  • Generating financial data for monthly accounts
  • Supporting with regular stock and bank reconciliations

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
  • Familiarity with Sage accounting software
  • AAT qualification (desirable)
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
