We’re hiring for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join a leading business in Glossop.

This role will support the Managing Director and leadership team with day-to-day coordination and executive support, playing a key part in ensuring smooth operations at a senior level.

What will you be doing as a Business Support Administrator?

  •  Supporting the Managing Director with diary management, meeting preparation, and internal communications
  • Coordinating and organising director meetings, actions, and documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication across the business
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing and maintaining office documentation
  • Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects and helping to drive operational efficiency

What do you need?

  • Experience supporting a senior leadership or board-level team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, flexible, and diplomatic approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
