What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Valuing and listing residential properties across West London.
• Winning new instructions at the right price and fee.
• Spotting and taking advantage of valuable business opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Supporting the overall success of the office’s sales performance.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales.
• Strong ability to win listings and instructions.
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face sales skills.
• Smart, articulate, and well-presented.
• Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the West London property market.
• Must be a driver with a full UK driving license.
