Part-Time Property Manager
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm | No Weekends
£15 per hour | Fuel Allowance | 28 Days Holiday (pro rata)  

We are a small, independent estate agency based in Worcester Park, seeking a reliable and personable Property Manager to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties.
2. Handle tenant queries, maintenance issues, and tenancy renewals.
3. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property management is preferred.
2. Knowledge of property legislation and compliance is desirable but not essential.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (fuel allowance provided for property visits).
5. Confident using general IT systems and software.
6. Live close to Worcester Park, max 5 miles.

What We Offer:

1. £15 per hour / approximately £19,500 per annum (pro rata).
2. 28 days holiday (pro rata), including bank holidays.
3. 1 week off during the festive period.
4. 25 hours per week – flexibility available on how hours are spread across the week.
5. No weekend work
