Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support the department in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Contribute to the maintenance of financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Perform regular financial analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare annual budgets.
- Assist in the management of the company's tax commitments.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
