Business Administrator Apprentice 

Location: Worcester Central, Full time office hours 

You will undertake routine administrative tasks to support the team. You will develop fundamental administrative skills while gaining exposure to a busy full-service law firm, including the following responsibilities: 

  • Filing, organising, scanning, copying and faxing legal documents.
  • Distribution of the post and scanning as necessary.
  • Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the operations team.
  • Taking telephone calls and field enquiries as appropriate.
  • Working on legal documents, supporting post completion works, file opening and closing.
About You

Apprentices must be over 18 years old and live in England. This apprenticeship is not a suitable route for those already with a University Degree. Applicants with an existing degree cannot be considered for this role. This Apprenticeship is a 24-month programme and will require a minimum of six hours per week off-the-job learning. This apprenticeship is intended to be a destination in its own right but can also be considered as a stepping stone onto multiple progression routes, please review the CILEX website to learn more about apprenticeship routes.

The right candidate will:

  • Be A-Level qualified or equivalent. 
  • Act professionally and ethically to ensure you are acting in the best interests of the client. 
  • Demonstrate a sound IT knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Work collaboratively with other, willing to get stuck into new things and take a proactive approach to work. 
  • Great organisation skills with the ability to complete tasks against deadline. 
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work.  
  • Act with integrity when handling confidential information.
