- Carry out statutory checks including DBS, medicals, and references
- Minute team meetings and manage meeting logistics
- Provide general administrative support to social workers
- Be the first point of contact for service users and partner agencies
- Collate and present service performance data
- Draft documents, handle enquiries, and support service projects and audits
- Support service users in accessing appropriate services
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within children’s services or local government
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Confidence in working with databases and IT systems
- Experience of minute-taking and managing professional correspondence
