We're working with a growing manufacturing and installation business based near Worcester, and they're looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join their friendly and fast-moving team. You'll be the go-to for a variety of admin tasks, supporting the operations, finance, and service departments to make sure everything stays on track.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll have a real impact behind the scenes-perfect for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.

What you'll be getting involved in:

  • Raising and processing stock issues and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using Sage 200

  • Creating and managing purchase orders, including detailed ones for transport and logistics

  • Supporting the service and operations teams by pulling together all the right paperwork at the right time

  • Helping the finance team with admin tasks and data input

  • Being that friendly voice on the phone, assisting with calls from customers, staff, and suppliers

  • General office duties to keep things ticking over smoothly

What they're looking for:

  • Someone who enjoys being the glue that holds the team together

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Sage 200 experience would be ideal, but it's not essential

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

  • Great time management and the ability to juggle tasks when needed
