Are you a senior creative with a passion for design? We’re working with a vibrant and fast-growing FMCG brand that’s looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team in Worcester. This is a key role where you'll lead visual execution across packaging and retail campaigns while managing a small but talented creative team. It's about bringing the brand to life through impactful packaging, POS, and marketing communications that resonate with consumers in competitive retail spaces. What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the design and delivery of creative assets across packaging, point-of-sale, and wider brand marketing materials.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of 2 Graphic Designers and 2 Artworkers, ensuring high standards and continuous creative development.
  • Working closely with the Head of Product Development, supporting the day-to-day management of the design function.
  • Taking briefs from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.
  • Collaborating with wider teams across marketing, product, brand, and sales to ensure alignment on creative goals and timelines.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and retail design innovation to ensure the brand remains visually competitive.
What you’ll bring:
  • 4+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring creatives—this is a hands-on leadership role.
  • A standout portfolio showing strong work across packaging, POS, and retail marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of artwork, print, and production processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills—you’re confident managing projects, people, and deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
