- Leading the design and delivery of creative assets across packaging, point-of-sale, and wider brand marketing materials.
- Managing and mentoring a team of 2 Graphic Designers and 2 Artworkers, ensuring high standards and continuous creative development.
- Working closely with the Head of Product Development, supporting the day-to-day management of the design function.
- Taking briefs from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.
- Collaborating with wider teams across marketing, product, brand, and sales to ensure alignment on creative goals and timelines.
- Staying on top of industry trends and retail design innovation to ensure the brand remains visually competitive.
- 4+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring creatives—this is a hands-on leadership role.
- A standout portfolio showing strong work across packaging, POS, and retail marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of artwork, print, and production processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills—you’re confident managing projects, people, and deadlines.
