Junior Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Location: Worcester + UK / Overseas Travel
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Expenses + Company Vehicle

A growing engineering business is looking for a Junior Installation & Commissioning Engineer to join its delivery team, working on bespoke test and special-purpose equipment at customer manufacturing sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking to develop commissioning, automation, and fault-finding skills within a supportive and growing company.

The Role

  • Assist with installation and commissioning of bespoke equipment
  • Support fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Basic PLC diagnostics (training provided)
  • Assembly of mechanical equipment and control panels
  • UK and overseas site work

Ideal Background

  • Apprenticeship / HNC / HND / NVQ in Engineering
  • Experience as a Service, Installation, or Maintenance Engineer
  • Exposure to PLC-controlled machinery advantageous
