Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Worcester, is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in aerospace or precision engineering who is looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and growing organisation.

The Role
  • Ensure compliance to AS9100, ISO9001 and customer quality requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.
  • Develop and maintain quality systems, inspection standards and control processes.
  • Provide quality support across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare and review FAIRs, PPAP documentation and quality reports.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance product and process quality.
The Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Quality Engineer within aerospace, automotive or precision manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001.
  • Hands-on experience with FMEA, APQP, 8D, CAPA and PPAP.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.
