Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am to 5:30pm & every other Saturday AM
Our client is a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to their clients. They are currently expanding their team and creating an exciting opportunity for an organised, motivated, and people-focused professional to join them as a Sales Advisor.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering top-quality service while supporting the wider business.
Day to day duties will include the following:
* To provide administration support
* Provide guidance to clients and answer basic claims queries
* Follow up all website leads
* Working alongside other teams to ensure clients are receiving excellent communication
* To maintain client relationships
As an individual you will need the following experience:
* Excellent administration skills
* GCSE English and Maths
* Experience using Microsoft Office programmes
* Ability to work as an individual and within a team
