Your Role:


As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding market reach. You'll be the voice of the business-building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the future of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing the full range of products and services
* Book appointments and schedule presentations for external BDMs
* Follow up on new enquiries and manage post-meeting actions
* Track projects from initial enquiry through to completion
* Maintain and update the CRM database with accuracy
* Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to team targets

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
