Join our award-winning pub with rooms, where we serve seasonal, locally sourced dishes to AA Rosette standards. Under Head Chef Alexandru Boghian, were aiming for our third AA Rosetteand we need a talented Sous Chef to help lead the charge.

What Youll Do:

Support the Head Chef in daily operations
Lead service and manage the brigade in their absence
Help develop seasonal, creative menus
Maintain top standards in food, safety & hygiene
