- Attending pre-arranged warm appointments to introduce and sell industrial storage solutions.
- Taking basic measurements and simple sketches on-site for architectural planning.
- Following a 3-stage client meeting process, from initial consultation to proposal presentation and deal closure.
- Building strong client relationships through a friendly, consultative approach.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities by engaging with local companies during area visits.
- Collaborating with internal architectural teams to create detailed project proposals.
- Presenting tailored solutions and confidently closing sales.
- Maintaining clear, organised records of all client interactions.
- Representing the company professionally while covering the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face consultations and site visits
- Basic ability to take measurements and create simple layout sketches
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Background in trades, building, wholesale, or customer service is highly beneficial
- Sales experience is a plus but not essential
- A natural relationship-builder with excellent people skills
- Confident in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Keen to learn and develop in a target-driven environment
- Well-organised and able to manage workload independently
- Basic Salary: £28,000 – £35,000, based on experience
- 10% Commission on margin profit – uncapped earnings potential
