- Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and inbound enquiries
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Selling light valeting equipment and chemicals
- Upselling and renewing service and maintenance contracts
- Keeping Salesforce CRM records up to date and organised
- Supporting the field sales team with lead handover and tracking
- Advising customers on how to maximise value from their products
- Proven inside sales experience, ideally in a technical or B2B environment
- Confident cold caller with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic £10,000+ OTE)
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends!
