You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Engineering operations across a number of high-end facilities.This role would suit someone with Contract Management experience who wants a secure role within an exciting field with full training across a range of responsibility.The Role:

Coordinating and Overseeing Maintenance and Engineering teams.
Operational tasks running residential parks.
Occasional travel to site.
Office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30).
