Health & Safety Administrator – 6598
Location:Â Worcester - fully office-basedÂ
Contract:Â Permanent
Hours:Â Monday to Friday, 8-hour days (flexi hours)
Salary: £26,500 – £34,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities of a Health & Safety Administrator:
- Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance documentation.
- Support daily facilities reporting and operational requirements.
- Organise and track training, inductions, and compliance records.
- Record and follow up on accidents, near misses, and safety reports.
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and COSHH procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the H&S team and wider departments.
- Promote safety awareness and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Key Skills of a Health & Safety Administrator:
- Experience in Health & Safety administration or manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of COSHH, audits, and compliance standards.
- IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to work towards).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident handling data.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused.
