Health & Safety Administrator – 6598

Location: Worcester - fully office-based 
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days (flexi hours)
Salary: £26,500 – £34,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities of a Health & Safety Administrator:

  • Maintain Health & Safety records and compliance documentation.
  • Support daily facilities reporting and operational requirements.
  • Organise and track training, inductions, and compliance records.
  • Record and follow up on accidents, near misses, and safety reports.
  • Assist with audits, risk assessments, and COSHH procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the H&S team and wider departments.
  • Promote safety awareness and contribute to a strong safety culture.

Key Skills of a Health & Safety Administrator:

  • Experience in Health & Safety administration or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of COSHH, audits, and compliance standards.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident handling data.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused.
