We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our client in Worcestershire.Â
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a full caseload, handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, addressing technical legal enquiries effectively.
- Actively participate in the development of the department, including training and supervising Administrators, Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.
- Minimum of 2 years qualified experience in Residential Property as a Conveyancer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Residential Conveyancing law and practice.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Organised and able to work effectively in a team.
