Job Title: Plumbing Trainer
Salary: £35k - £43k
Location: Worcester

This is the role where you will be have the independence as a plumbing trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally in the world. As a plumbing trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of plumbing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on plumbing training
- Individualised coaching to learners
- Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance
- Guide learners to successful completion of their plumbing and building services training and qualifications
- Establish and maintain a leading training programme
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 in Plumbing
- Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or D32/D33)
- Commercial experience in the plumbing sector
- Strong IT Skills
