Mortgage Advisor / Consultant Location: Remote (Flexible Hours) - Based in or around Worcester Employment Type: Self-Employed Realistic Earnings (Including Commission): £70,000 - £100,000+ (Uncapped!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a true 360-degree role with the flexibility and autonomy to thrive:

• Generate business through multiple lead sources - plate spinning is your strength!

• Train and support your introducing partners to book quality appointments

• Research and recommend the best products for your clients, supported by a capable back-office team

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs

• Take an active role in promoting and marketing your services

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant (from broker, bank, or estate agency background)
