We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a part time, permanent contract.
On offer is 6 hours a day on Wednesday’s and Friday’s (Days non-negotiable)
Wednesday the successful candidate can work any 6 hours to suit their schedule, but Friday hours you will be required 09:30am - 15:30pm.
You will be offered an hourly rate of £17.25 p/h and an immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
We are looking for candidates with experience on XERO software.
Part-time Credit Controller main duties:
- Managing customer accounts and monitoring outstanding debts.
- Chasing overdue payments in a professional and effective manner.
- Reconciling accounts and resolving payment queries.
- Using Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
- Providing support to the HR Business Partner with finance-related tasks.
Part-time Credit Controller required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a Credit Control or similar accounts support role.
- Confident in using Xero software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
