Customer Service Advisor - Temp to PermWorcester | 8:30am - 5:00pm | Up to £27,000

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing packaging business in Worcester looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with customers via phone and email

  • Handling enquiries, orders, and updates in a professional and timely manner

  • Using platforms like NetSuite and Shopify (full training provided)

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Previous customer service experience (office-based preferred)
