Mobile Cleaners are needed for a long-term temporary contract with a leading housing association in Worcester.
The job involves general and deep cleaning of void social housing properties, external cleaning, and graffiti removal.
Candidates must have previous cleaning experience, a full UK driving license, and their own transport.
The pay rate ranges from £14.50 to £15 per hour, with a work schedule of 37 hours per week plus possible out-of-hours work.
The position is expected to last for at least 3 months and requires good communication skills.

Mobile Cleaners required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based inWorcester.

My client requires a number of experienced mobile cleaners to work on a long term temporary contract.

Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal,
Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
Support when no lone working is required
Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience

Full UK Driving License

Own transport

MUST HAVE Full UK driving license
