Job Title: Mobile Scheme Cleaner

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: 14.10 per hour

Role Overview:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking Mobile Scheme Cleaners to support a well-respected housing association across the Droitwich and Worcester areas. You'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas within housing schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning duties across multiple housing schemes
- Ensure communal areas (entrances, corridors, stairwells, and lounges) are kept to a high standard
- Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively (all provided on site)
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly
- Travel between sites as required
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's licence and access to a car (essential)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (particularly in housing or communal settings)
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
