We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-orientated Executive Assistant to join our client's team to support their C-Suite leaders. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organised, and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done—this could be the perfect role for you!

Our client operates within the private care sector and would appreciate candidates with experience or knowledge of CQC. However, this is not essential for success in the role.

? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep our C-Suite’s diaries running smoothly juggling meetings, travel plans, and last-minute changes like a pro.
  • Pull together weekly briefings so our execs know what’s coming up and what needs their attention.
  • Handle inboxes, prep agendas, take meeting notes, and make sure everything’s ready to go for key meetings.
  • Act as the friendly and professional link between our leadership team and everyone else—inside and outside the business.
  • Help plan and prep for important meetings, making sure everyone has what they need and knows what’s next.
  • Support cross-team projects and keep things moving by coordinating with the right people.

Keeping the Office Running:

  • Make sure our office is a welcoming and a well-organised space.
  • Manage suppliers, order office essentials, and keep an eye on the budget.
  • Stay on top of health and safety checks and make sure we’re ticking all the compliance boxes.

?? What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders.
  • Super-organised with a knack for multitasking and handling sensitive info with care.
  • Great communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Confident managing complex schedules and travel plans.
  • Comfortable drafting and proofreading documents.
  • Experience with office management and supplier coordination.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and digital scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of CQC, helpful but not essential
