- Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and products.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to new business generation and client servicing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- IT-literate; experience with Acturis is an advantage but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport is required.
