We are working with a well-established, independent brokerage to recruit a dynamic Account Executive to join their expanding team based in Worcester.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking brokerage known for its exceptional service, expertise, and commitment to its clients. You’ll be managing a portfolio of established commercial clients, while also having the autonomy and support to develop new business opportunities.The Role:As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with senior leadership and other experienced team members to:
  • Manage and nurture an existing book of commercial clients.
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions based on a deep understanding of each client’s business.
  • Prepare and present new business and renewal proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
  • Seek and convert new business opportunities via referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Meet individual sales and income growth targets.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and products.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in commercial insurance broking.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to new business generation and client servicing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • IT-literate; experience with Acturis is an advantage but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport is required.
