Treasury Analyst
Location: Worcester
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
Our client, a growing international organisation, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their central finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to gain broad treasury experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
The role will involve working closely with colleagues across finance, operations, and senior leadership, as well as liaising with external banking and finance partners.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor group-wide cash positions and prepare short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.
Support the day-to-day management of banking facilities, including funding arrangements and payments.
Assist with the administration of online banking platforms and corporate card systems.
Maintain inter-company loan records and support month-end reporting processes.
Prepare cash, debt, and liquidity reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with finance teams across multiple regions to share information and best practices.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in treasury systems and processes.
Skills & Requirements:
Ideally a minimum of 3 year's experience in a finance, treasury, or cash management role.
Not essential - part or fully qualified with a recognised treasury or accountancy body (ACT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communicator, confident working with colleagues at all levels and across cultures.
Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
