Early Morning Loader / Driver Support – Droitwich (Courier Services)

£13.50per hour | Full-time | Early Starts |

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with a hands-on attitude? We’re looking for an experienced All-Rounder Loader to support early morning operations at a busy courier depot in Droitwich.

You will play a key part in the daily logistics process — opening the premises, ensuring timely loading of up to 8 delivery vans, and assisting with vehicle movements and route readiness.

Duties include:

• Opening and preparing the depot ahead of morning dispatch

• Loading products and pallets by hand or using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)

• Operating within a small cold store and handling frozen/medicinal products

• Moving vans to warehouse bays for loading

• Occasionally covering local delivery routes in a small van if needed

• Supporting dispatch to ensure drivers depart promptly and safely

• Starts from 03:00 AM, finishing around 09:00–12:00 PM

• Monday to Friday

• Trustworthy, punctual, and physically fit

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license

• Happy working in cold environments and with heavy items

• UK driving license (essential)

• Flexibility to step into delivery driving when needed

• Previous experience in a similar fast-paced or courier environment is ideal
